RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide comprehensive range of technical after-sales service support, installation, commissioning and repair plus preventive maintenance plans for scientific equipment - laboratory/ research/ analytical equipment in the scientific industry
  • Provide technical consultation to customers.
  • Respond to customers' requests by troubleshooting problems and taking corrective actions within targeted timeline.
  • Prepare service reports.

REQUIREMENTS

  • ITE/Higher NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
