Job Description
Roles Responsibilities:
- 1) Repair troubleshooting Tamron DSLR Mirrorless lenses
- 2) Interaction with Tamron customers
- 3) Managing repair back log, customer complaints, spare parts inventory
- 4) Handling escalated issues related to service
- 5) Record all details of customers coming for repairs
- 6) Coordinate with other ASC staffs and guide them
- 7) Reporting the repair data on daily, weekly and monthly basis
Desired Skills Set:
- 1) Good repairing troubleshooting skills
- 2) Understand repair manuals, familiar with adjustment software
- 3) Good communication interpersonal skills
- 4) Good in reporting
- 5) Good knowledge of Windows applications such as Word, Excel, power point etc.
- 6) Photography knowledge will be added advantage
- 7) Time Punctuality
