Job Description

Roles Responsibilities:

  • 1) Repair troubleshooting Tamron DSLR Mirrorless lenses
  • 2) Interaction with Tamron customers
  • 3) Managing repair back log, customer complaints, spare parts inventory
  • 4) Handling escalated issues related to service
  • 5) Record all details of customers coming for repairs
  • 6) Coordinate with other ASC staffs and guide them
  • 7) Reporting the repair data on daily, weekly and monthly basis

Desired Skills Set:

  • 1) Good repairing troubleshooting skills
  • 2) Understand repair manuals, familiar with adjustment software
  • 3) Good communication interpersonal skills
  • 4) Good in reporting
  • 5) Good knowledge of Windows applications such as Word, Excel, power point etc.
  • 6) Photography knowledge will be added advantage
  • 7) Time Punctuality
