- Attending Breakdown Service of standard & service of specialty instruments
- Attending Instruments Maintenance of standard equipments & specialty instruments
- Pipette Repair & Calibration
- Service revenue Generation including payment collection
- Revenue & Compliant management for the territory
- Sending Service/AMC Proposals
- Customer Communication & Presentations
- Working with the sales manager of the Branch
- Updating the market feedback to the management
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in instrument service & field engineer.
- Key understanding of customer applications and workflows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Inform the Customers on Action Planning & Sharing Certificates.
