Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Identify customers’ needs and offer technical solutions, training, application support and on-site support
• Servicing and repair of electronics test & measuring equipment
• Provide technical support to customers
• Minimise equipment downtime & ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or relevant
• 1 - 3 years experience in trouble‑shooting of electronic circuit or electronics industry
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided
• Experience in the test and measurement or electrical/electronics equipment will be of priority
• Proficiency in computer hardware and software
• Good communication skill especially in English
• Able to learn and assimilate new technology quickly
