Job Responsibility 岗位职责 ：

  • Responsible for service project commissioning, startup, tuning, and optimization, including Analyzer and CS installation.
  • Responsible for implementing annual service agreements.
  • Onsite troubleshooting.
  • Customer training.
  • Creating and updating the Dissatisfaction Database.
  • Supporting service sales.
  • Supporting the operations team.
  • Assisting the Service Manager with installed base updates.
  • Others
  • All other tasks assigned by line manager or company.
  • Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.

  • University degree in Electrical/Automation Engineering or higher.
  • Practical experience in the automation/instrumentation industry, particularly in maintenance, service, ...
