Service Engineer

Technical Solutions Inc. is currently seeking Service Engineer on behalf of our client, a manufacturer with facilities in the Pittsburgh area. The Service Engineer will provide technical support to customers including initial problem assessment, diagnosis, troubleshooting, customer service and resolution in the industrial automation field. This role involves phone support, training, and will require periodic customer-site field service and sales along with trade show participation and other promotional efforts.
