Job Description
The Technical Support Specialist reports to the Senior Fleet Manger and is responsible for reviewing and writing technical documents and data for in-service and heavy-check engineering, maintenance and repair support, and configuration support monitoring. The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for monitoring manufacturer's maintenance requirements and updating maintenance program manuals, as applicable. The Technical Support Specialist will also incorporate any regulatory requirements into the maintenance program, as needed.
