Service Engineer

The Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of analytical instrumentation (e.g., HPLC, GC, UVVis, FTIR, LC-MS). This individual serves as the frontline technical contact for customers, ensuring optimal performance of systems and delivering high-quality service in alignment with customer expectations and industry standards.

A Service Engineer for Equipment & Analytical Instruments will be the face of the company’s technical service team, working directly with customers to ensure their instruments operate reliably and efficiently. Responsibilities will include system installations, troubleshooting mechanical and electronic issues, performing preventative maintenance, and providing basic user training. This role requires a mix of hands‑on technical skill, professionalism, and a strong customer service mindset.
