As a Service Engineer - Outdoor, you’ll be part of our T&O Commercial team working as a on-site employee.
Lead and manage the Service associates, providing technical guidance and support. Implement service processes & procedures. Impart repair training to engineers, dealers & customers. Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall service quality. Manage and analyze service metrics, warranty & identifying areas for improvement. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
