Job Description
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer passionate about technology and customer success to join our After Sales & Service team :
Your responsibilities:
✔ Test, repair, and maintain our shuttle systems at customer sites (including cold storage).
✔ Provide technical support (L1 & L2) via helpdesk and remote assistance.
✔ Deliver training to end-users and integrators on-site and internally.
✔ Assist in commissioning Atlas2D systems.
✔ Detect and report commercial service opportunities (spare parts, service packs).
Short international trips (Mon-Fri)
Qualifications
Bachelor in Electromechanics or equivalent experience.
English and Dutch is mandatory.
Skilled in MS Office & Teams, eager to learn custom software.
Customer-focused, team player, proactive mindset.
No fear of heights or vertigo
