Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Oversee workshop operations, scheduling, and manpower allocation
• Supervise maintenance and repairs; ensure warranty and repair processes align with SANY standards
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues; guide team on effective repair methods
• Manage workshop KPIs, budgets, and prepare reports on performance and expenditures
• Provide customer feedback, build relationships with clients, suppliers, and manufacturers
• Organize team training and ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and HSE requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
• Proficiency in Mandarin (for communication with suppliers)
• Strong technical skills in machinery maintenance and troubleshooting
• Experience managing teams and coordinating maintenance schedules
• Valid Class D driving license
