Job Purpose

To provide fast, professional, and safe technical service for TSM's equipment and systems—covering resistance welding machines, power sources/controllers (AC/DC/Inverter), robotics automation peripherals, sensors, pneumatics, and basic PLC/control troubleshooting—to ensure customer uptime, product quality, and long-term service relationships.

Key Responsibilities1) Field Service & Troubleshooting

  • Attend breakdown calls, diagnose root cause, and restore machine operation quickly.
  • Troubleshoot electrical control circuits: power distribution, contactors/relays, sensors, solenoids, safety circuits, interlocks.
  • Support resistance welding systems:
  • weld controller settings, current monitoring, timing, electrode force and water-cooling checks
  • common issues like unstable current, overheating, water leak causing short, diode/SCR/IGBT failure symptoms
  • Perform mechanical checks: alignment, actuator movement, cyli...
