Job Description

Service Engineer in Cheng Hua Engineering is responsible to provide technical support and services, machine installation/ integration, maintenance and conduct end user training to customers at site.

  • Provides on or off-site corrective or preventative maintenance and offers after-sales technical support solutions.
  • Responding to customer call-outs.
  • Evaluating and resolving problems.
  • Assisting with the installation of equipment.
  • Repairing, testing and maintaining equipment.
  • Monitoring the performance of products.
  • Providing customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's holder/ Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Industrial Automation or equivalent qualification.
