We are seeking a motivated, customer-oriented Junior Service Engineer (APAC Regional Service Portfolio) to join our Kuala Lumpur team. This entry-level role provides 1st-line technical support and assists with system operations, preventive maintenance, and basic hardware/software troubleshooting, under senior engineer guidance and in line with ITIL processes and SLA requirements.
