Key Responsibilities:


• Diagnose & repair EV components.


• Perform on site & door to door service.


• Handle warranty & claim verification and processing.


• Maintain service/warranty reports & documentation.


• Coordinate with dealers, technicians, and logistics.


• Ensure quick complaint resolution & customer satisfaction.

Requirements:


• Diploma/B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical)


• 1–3 year's experience in EV/Automotive service or warranty


• Strong technical & reporting skills


• Computer literate (Excel/ERP)


• Willing to travel for field service
