Service Engineer, Headbox & forming

Job Responsibility:

1. Be responsible to headbox maintenance field service project execution. Operate grinding tools and Arc welding machine to ensure reliable quality according to Valmet Headbox maintenance working instruction and process.

2. Works independently to complete given assignments, carrying out day-to-day servicing activities included drawings & tools preparation, equipment & tool maintenance, consumed material purchase, make project schedule & resource plan, customer site project implementation and customer communication.

3. Receive spare parts, check and send to customer timely

4. Keep accurate records of Headbox maintenance.

5. Solve daily operation, technical, equipment maintenance problems and perform daily works according to defined working instruction and process.

6. Prepare service report after service finish, give feedback to supervisor or product manager for faults founds and tools improvement suggestion...
