- Provide on-site installation and commissioning of electrical products.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting, service, and repairs on-site.
- Conduct on-site training for customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Handle office tasks and support documentation such as PR, PO, quotations, etc.
- Develop technical service documentation.
- Onsite visit in Tthailand and oversea (ASEAN)
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineer
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Service Engineer (Electrical Product such as Electronic Part (PCB), Electrical Component, Cast Resin Transformers/CRT, high voltage)
- Willing and able to travel domestically and overseas.
- Available to work on holidays if required.
- Conversational middle or high in English (for communicate with customer and Report line)
