Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Oversee workshop operations such as preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting for all machinery.
• Coordinate the daily workshop schedule and allocate manpower/ resources.
• Supervise and follow up on the progress of each individual repair or maintenance job.
• Ensure warranties are properly followed up, monitored, documentated, and updated as per SANY procedures and requirements.
• Prepare, submit, and file all maintenance reports, checklists, work orders, delivery orders, and equipment histories accurately and timely.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics, define breakdown problems, and provide the correct repair methods.
• Provide technical guidance to the team for effective work.
• Ensure workshop team training is conducted in line with service needs.
• Manage workshop performance in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
