Responsibilities

  • Installation and commissioning of AM systems.
  • Providing training and support for customer AM machine operators, on site and remotely.
  • Scheduled service and maintenance for the Renishaw AM product line, including maintenance and upgrades to electronic, mechanical, software, and optical assemblies.
  • Customer repairs call out on site diagnostics, fault finding and calibration services.
  • Product testing, performance measurement, data collection and report writing.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Service visits to be carried out in a timely manner in line with company expectations.
  • Ensure expenses and timesheets are submitted on time.
  • Always adhere to PPE requirements.
