Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

• Provide installation, commissioning, repair, preventive maintenance and field service corrective action (FSCA) implementation services at customer locations independently, and according to established procedures.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical faults.
• Verify correct parts before delivery to avoid repeat visits. Manage on-site parts replacement, tag defective parts, and maintain accountability for parts usage and returns.
• Manage difficult case communication directly with customers, provide technical explanations and set realistic expectations.
