Our Parañaque operations hub is seeking a Project-Based Service Encoder to support a data cleansing initiative for service and aftersales operations. This role focuses on validating, standardizing, and encoding operational service data to ensure accuracy across systems and support smooth billing and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Data Encoding: Encode and cleanse service reports, work orders, and technician findings into SAP, ensuring accurate service details, labor entries, and repair references.
• Operations Data Validation: Review operational records for completeness and consistency, correcting errors and discrepancies as part of the data cleansing process.
• Documentation Management: Upload, organize, and index service-related documents and supporting files to maintain a complete and auditable digital record.
