What You Will Do

• Direct, remotely, the activities of 10‑25 service technicians and possibly 1 dispatcher, sharing on‑call duties.
• Oversee and develop processes and tools to drive productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction, maximising revenue and visiting new and existing customers.
• Meet or exceed regional service goals including incoming business, sales, expense/revenue ratio, service delivery, margin rates, inventory etc.
