Job Description
**Daily tasks include**:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow established procedures when handling different topics and requests.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide effective solutions and/or alternatives.
- Build long-term relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
- Maintain accurate and clear records of all interactions in the call center database.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new procedures, technologies, and products.
- Resolve incoming alerts promptly and efficiently.
- Meet personal and team performance targets (both qualitative and quantitative).
**Requirements**:
- Flexibility to cover rotating shifts as needed to meet staffing needs.
- Strong customer service and ticket resolution skills.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Ability to identify customer needs through a consultative approach.
