HCL is looking for service desk junior with the below skills: Skills: Recent graduates to join our IT Service Desk team as Fresher Support Analysts. This role is ideal for candidates with basic computer knowledge, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Prior IT Service Desk experience is not required. Provide Level 1 IT support to end users via chat, voice, or emailrLog, track, and update tickets/interactions in the ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow)r
Understand and follow defined support processes and SLAsr
Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve standard user issuesr
Escalate incidents or requests to the appropriate support teams when requiredr
