Service Desk Technician IIIPosition Overview
We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Technician III to support and enhance desktop environments while helping implement automation and new technologies. This role requires strong troubleshooting expertise, excellent customer support skills, and the ability to streamline IT processes for optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities

+ Provide advanced desktop support and services in a high-volume environment

+ Manage and support Active Directory, including user authentication, authorization, and identity/access management

+ Troubleshoot technical issues using a structured, analytical approach

+ Automate and streamline processes using scripting and innovative solutions

+ Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure user satisfaction
