This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karachi for a Service Desk Executive.
The Service Desk Executive is responsible for providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of IT-related issues for end-users. They act as an escalation point for complex technical problems, ensuring high-quality service delivery, documentation, and adherence to IT policies. The role involves mentoring junior technicians, coordinating with IT teams, and contributing to system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

· Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, software, network, and application issues.

· Act as an escalation point for junior technicians and resolve complex technical problems.

· Ensure timely response and resolution of service requests within SLAs.

· Maintain and support end-user devices (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices)....
