Service Desk Engineer (1st Level Support) – Contract Position – HIRING ASAP

Location: Onsite in Zurich for training to begin, and then 2 days remote working per week after.

Start Date: ASAP.

Duration: 6‑month contract.

Maximum Rate: 400 CHF per day – Labour Leased Contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving and processing incidents and requests in German, French, Italian and English via our internal IT Service Desk.
  • Supporting our internal customers with all IT support requests.
  • Processing and resolving tickets according to our ITIL‑based process framework; Involvement of 2nd level support as needed.
  • Application support for various internal systems.
  • Maintenance and expansion of our knowledge management database by recording relevant articles.
  • Working on a shift pattern basis as per the following:
    • Shift 1: 07:15‑11:30, 12:15‑16:30
