Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide voice and chat support to resolve technical issues related to desktop systems, operating systems, networking, and messaging tools
  • Perform systematic troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related incidents

Incident & Service Request Management

  • Log incidents and service requests accurately in the service management system
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of incidents and requests in line with defined SLAs

Customer Handling & Communication

  • Deliver high-quality customer service with strong focus on user satisfaction
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with end users to understand issues and provide timely resolution
