Become a critical part of The Home Depot's Service Desk team. As a Service Desk Associate, you will manage all orders, supporting customers to ensure their needs are met efficiently.
Your responsibilities will encompass Customer Order Management from start to finish, acting as a liaison between various parties involved in customer projects. Both customer satisfaction and communication with designers, vendors, and the Project Support Centre are key aspects of this position, making it a dynamic work environment.
