Your primary focus will be on resolving non-complex technical issues to minimise downtime, promptly responding to inquiries, and assisting with the setup and maintenance of various ICT systems.
Your New Team: Join our dedicated team of Service Desk Analysts who provide frontline support for all of Auto & General's operations. You will be managing Incidents and Service Requests in alignment with our Service Desk Objectives, ensuring the reliable delivery and performance of technology systems and tools across the business.
