About the Role

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented, high-urgency Service Desk Coordinator to help keep our ticketing system running smoothly in real time.

This role is not a people-management position. You will not be managing technicians. Instead, you will act as an operational overseer — monitoring ticket boards, identifying outliers, and taking action to prevent work from getting stuck or falling out of alignment.

If you are someone who naturally notices when things don't look right and takes initiative to fix them, this role is a great fit.



Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor service desk ticket boards in real time
  • Identify tickets that are stalled, unacknowledged, or missing updates
  • Ensure time entries are completed correctly and consistently
