Job Description

  • Provide first-level IT support and troubleshooting for end-users
  • Handle service requests and incidents via phone, email, or ticketing system
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
  • Document issues, resolutions, and updates in the system accurately
  • Deliver excellent customer service with clear and professional communication
  • Support business operations by working on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed

Qualifications:

  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of IT/Help Desk experience
  • Good to excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Amenable to work in Makati, Taguig, or Pasig
