Experience:

Previous experience working in a service desk or IT support environment.
Handling incidents and service requests using ITSM tools
Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Office 365.
Use of Active Directory (account unlocks, password resets, etc.).Skills & Competencies:

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Basic understanding of networking and remote access (VPN, DNS, etc.).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
