Job Description

Jobtailor in New Zealand is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering high quality IT support via telephone, email and alert monitoring. You’ll be a proactive problem-solver, ready to assist customers and escalate issues when needed.

Following ITIL processes, you will identify, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests. You must be a self-starter and team player, with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
