Job Description

Our Service Designers reimagine public services end-to-end. You’ll translate research into reimagined service flows, simplify complexity, and design experiences that are intuitive, human-centered, and operationally sound.

You’ll work closely with product managers, data specialists, policy teams, and real frontline staff to turn insights into services used by millions.

What You’ll Do

  • Map customer journeys across digital and physical channels
  • Identify bottlenecks, pain points, and redesign service flows
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and frontline teams
  • Translate insights into service blueprints, prototypes, and experience concepts
  • Support implementation with clear documentation and measurable standards
