Job Summary
The Service Delivery Representative (B2B) is responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of services to business clients by acting as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams. This role focuses on client satisfaction, service quality, issue resolution, and long-term relationship management to support retention and business growth.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B clients
Manage end-to-end service delivery and ensure adherence to agreed SLAs and KPIs
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Technical, Finance) to fulfill client requirements
Monitor service performance and proactively address potential issues
Handle client escalations, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify improvement areas
