What you will be doing:
The Service Delivery Reporting Specialist shall be part of the Manila Finance Shared Service Center Service Enablement Team whose purpose is to strengthen delivery, quality, control and transformation across all Service Delivery Towers.
The focus of this colleague is to deliver a high performing SSC operations by driving service excellence, enabling people capability and leading transformation initiatives.
