Service Delivery Manager – Cloud Infrastructure (AWS & Azure)

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead a cloud infrastructure delivery team providing enterprise support across Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end delivery of managed cloud services (AWS & Azure)

- Ensure SLA adherence, uptime, incident response, and change governance

- Lead major incident management (P1/P0), RCA and corrective action planning

- Drive cloud modernization, automation, and Infrastructure as Code adoption

- Manage cloud support engineers (L2/L3), SREs, and on-call rotations

- Conduct customer governance reviews and executive escalations
