Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager (SDM) with 10+ years of experience in managing Network and Cyber Security services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end service delivery, ensuring SLA compliance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction, with strong hands-on knowledge of Cisco Firewalls, Palo Alto, and FortiGate technologies.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage complex enterprise environments in ITIL-based service frameworks.
