We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager with strong experience in IT Infrastructure services to join an international environment. The successful candidate will act as the interface between client stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring operational excellence and contractual SLA adherence. The role includes stakeholder management, continuous service improvement, escalation handling, and coordination of nearshore/offshore support units. Strong interpersonal skills and deep understanding of infrastructure components such as servers, networks, security, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) are essential. This is a hybrid role requiring client-facing maturity and a structured delivery approach under ITIL practices.
