Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers for service requests, incidents, and escalations.

Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of infrastructure and data center issues.

Support data center operations including rack & stack, cabling, server installation, replacement, and coordination with DC providers.

Coordinate with internal technical teams, OEMs, and vendors for issue resolution and changes.

Handle incident, change, and service request management.

Prepare service reports, documentation, and customer updates.

Ensure smooth delivery of managed services and infrastructure support.

Desired Profile:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT / Computer Science or equivalent.

2–4 years' experience in Service Delivery, Operations, or Support within a System Integrator, ICT, or Data Center environment.
