Service Delivery Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services to clients. This role requires strong client management, negotiation, cross-team collaboration, and project coordination skills to meet service expectations, maintain long-term client relationships, and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end service delivery and ensure timely, high-quality service execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
Lead client discussions, including service negotiations, scope alignment, timelines, and expectations.
Conduct and support candidate interviews in coordination with HR and technical teams.
Monitor and ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
