Responsibilities

 

  • To provide service delivery and support to internal Stakeholders and clients 

  • Manage and mitigate ICT and Infrastructure risks within the Organization

  • Maintain continuous improvement within the ICT and Infrastructure environment. 

  • Develop and maintain ICT support procedures.

  • To maintain stakeholder relations and client service within ICT and Infrastructure department.

  • To monitor and control ICT assets within the company

  • Full time on site

  • Matric Essential

  • Tertiary Qualification required

  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ900) or equivalent

  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) or equivalent
