About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for directly dealing with clients, managing and monitoring service tickets, ensuring SLA/NBD compliance, coordinating with field engineers globally, and maintaining smooth operational workflows. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service-driven environment.
