Position Summary:
The Service Crew plays a vital role in delivering excellent customer service by handling both front-of-house (cashiering, order fulfillment) and back-of-house (food prep, kitchen support) tasks. This role ensures smooth operations, maintains hygiene standards, and supports sales through efficient service and product availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Front-of-House:
- Process orders via POS and issue receipts.
- Update item availability on platforms (e.g., Alfred, third-party apps).
- Keep organized transaction records and assist with admin tasks.
Back-of-House:
- Prepare ingredients and cook meals per recipes and quality standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain consistency in food output.
