:Verify service request details, confirm credit approval, apply marketing programs, and review service history. Open MCOs and work orders, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule.
Maintain accurate records in Case, WFE, and other systems to ensure traceability and audit readiness.
Assist Repair Planners and Service Supervisors during repair execution, ensuring real-time updates and process adherence.
Complete MCO adjustments, SG&A forms, warranty and goodwill documentation, and escalate risks as needed.
Schedule and participate in PRE, MID, and POST job meetings, capturing action items and updating commitment dates.
Arrange third-party contractor services, including documentation and procurement requests.
Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate, initiate closure activities, and support invoicing and warranty claim processes.
