  • Assessing the service needs of clients and linking them to the appropriate resources and providers.
  • Creating and maintaining a directory of service providers and resources.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of clients and client needs.
  • Assessing client issues and providing recommendations to fix problems.
  • Ensuring each client is given the necessary services and follow-up to fill ongoing service needs.
  • Maintaining good relationships with service providers and clients to keep a customer base.
  • Expanding the list of resources and providers to assure there are no gaps in services.
  • Answering telephones and responding to email inquiries in the office.
