  • Handles Timely coordinator with supplier for warranty claim processing / RMA
  • Monitors parts replacement processing and return of defective parts on schedule
  • Provides regular submission of report monitoring
  • Facilitate pullout and return of detective machine from and to client / supplier
  • Prepares service route and transmittal in coordination to logistics
  • Assist the Service Team
