Job Description

The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing service operations and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Creation of Service Quotation
  • Scheduling and Monitoring Service Technicians
  • Handles monitoring and reports
  • Handles Inventory of Spare Parts
  • Assist in promotion of PM and Services
  • Assist in the processing of Service Billings
  • Client Communication Prior to Dispatch
  • Arrange of Purchased Spare Parts or Service
  • Client Assistance and Communication

Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of BS in Instrumentation & Control Eng., Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Instrumentation Technology
  • With 2 to 3 years experience or more, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience related to dealing with Clients is a plus
  • People handling and coordination skills is a plus
