In this role, you'll work within a hybrid setting. We focus on meeting people where they are at, so services are provided in schools, the community, and clients' homes connecting students and their families with vital community resources. Referrals include basic needs such as housing food, shelter, medical and mental health services, public benefits, community resources, and more. You'll be the link that helps students access the support systems they need to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
